Pros
IBM has a wide range of businesses and clients and throughout my 28 year career I had the opportunity to get dual certified in multiple professions and work on new challenges. IBM also helped me transition from working on the road fulltime to working remotely affording me the ability to have and raise my family while being home.
Cons
For all the talk of diversity, when it came down to layoffs the men banded together to make the decisions and often the women were let go. Additionally, there is currently a strong focus to move jobs overseas and reduce workforce in the USA.
