Changed from a good company to an extremely bad one
Pros
Plenty of upskilling opportunities and training provided. Tie up with numerous online portals where on can take courses free of cost.
Cons
1. Extremely hierarchical 2. Band 9's and above will be shielded at any cost- even if proof provided of them being unethical, favouring persons (even making money like shift/standby allowances when persons are not in those roles) 3. Some Account executives literally sleep every single day in office even during customer meetings (yes- literally sleep and snoring...). However even they will be shielded and no actions taken even when proof is provided and reported to ethics team in IBM. infact such managers will be awarded with "Manager Champion award" and promotions!! 4. You can survive only if you have a God father higher up. It doesnt matter how good or hard you work.. 5. You will not be allowed to move out of the account even after more than 10 yrs (same manager/account as i indicated above- in Public sector- healthcare account). When they finally decide to let you move out, you can be rest assured your rating for the year is completely screwed to meet their low performance rating "targets" for the year.
