      IBM is a company that stands by its values of dedication to client's success, trust and responsibility, and innovation that matters. It is also a company that truly celebrates diversity across the world. There is so much to learn, so many different opportunities, and many different jobs and roles one can play.

      Cons

      It is a very large company which you need to know how to navigate. It has been around for more than a 100 years and may not seem as sexy, exciting or current as other younger companies (but it is!)
