1. Flexi work life balance as long you are committed to assigned work. 2. Various opportunities with in the company. This will help us to change the projects within across the sectors. 3. Opportunities to up-skill across various technologies with in-house classroom and online training's. 4. Lot of dynamic environment now across the organization. This is biggest transition here in IBM from last few years.

Cons

1. Need to show case clearly your existence. So it depends how best you expose the work you are contributing to organization by having timely discussions with PeM. Else you will be lost here in this vast organization. 2. The pay package is stable.

World of opportunities, wide breadth of options available. Work from Home - in needy times. This comes from over 7 years of experience in IBM after a 10 year stint in other corporates.

Cons

No empowerment, but expected to deliver the world. Quite slow moving individuals and wound up processes. Salary hikes are not in par with other corporates - Thus high performing employees leave. Low performing employees are sent out - leaving the middle performers always stressed.
