      Pros

      Talented people, good 401k though matching by IBM is not great. Used to be able to continuously reinvent and stretch ones self by moving projects. Worked really hard but there was a fun, family atmosphere and performance and integrity wete rewarded at all levels-- that was five or six years ago.

      Cons

      Management is relying on technology to save the day and treat people like they are inventory that could be a nickel cheaper. They have gutted the business of experienced professionals and have not been filling jobs so work demands can be grueling. Atmosphere is fear and frustration. Difficult to move any more. No job security. No one trusts HR or management like they used to do so. Constant cuts on the backs of employees in terms of salary, benefits, training, and staffing and other support to meet customer commitments.
