      Pros

      The benefit package is good. I am still proud to be an IBMer.

      Cons

      Too many people are RAd (resource action, ie laid off), you do not have job security this way, and there is a lot of pressure from management recently, huge workload for less and less people. Micro-management and bureaucracy started about a year ago which is disgusting and very sad to see in such a great place as IBM :( Too many system outages and bugs make our work harder, if we do not slow down a bit soon, we will lose more people and the circumstances will become worse.
