- no-one owns the processes to update them, so many are outdated - Consulting is not competitive due to high internal cost rates and many vapourware or incremental accelerators to justify the high price. - KPI's drive adverse behaviours, and projects fail regularly because of it. Common root cause is excessively cutting back solutions to win on price.
