Pros

- The president is publicly communicating what is right. - There is freedom in the working environment. (however, this can be a disadvantage in terms of communication between employees.) - There are many opportunities to learn about other people's project cases.

Cons

- Managers don't support assigning subordinates. - Some mangers are emotional and are denying his subordinates promotion opportunities. - Some managers are engaging in power harassment or bullying. Managers are unable to make calm, correct decisions based on facts. - Managers with consulting careers don't have enough project delivery skills. It causes friction within the project and they tend to use their power to force others to leave. - Almost of all employees don't have enough project delivery skills. The company's internal delivery process is not well understood by employees.
