Manager is the point of contact for all issues.No project specific HR ,only global HR. If manager is not good and not understandable you won't get release.only resignation is option.

Being a huge company, its hard to keep track of all the changes going on. I'd say theres a not such a strong culture as it varies from team to team. Salary could be a little bit higher
