-No organization whatsoever in the digital rotation program, will stick you anywhere just because of headcount -Out of the blue PAY CUTS. They are giving out significant pay cuts along with reducing benefits -Management doesn't care. The premise of the rotation program was to find people job opportunities moving out but 80% of the people graduating from the program do not have placements and are essentially unemployed.
