Quality of engineers is degrading as interview process is a joke. Also a lot of under qualified interns get Full-time offers. Pay is sub-standard with no stock or bonuses, increment is very less. Too much politics within orgs and only different forms of flattery will give you a promotion rather than hard work. Code Quality is very bad as most of the people try to go around the problem rather than actually fixing the problem. Most of the managers do not have a minimum technical understanding, less testing done when code is pushed to production and thus too many bugs and customer complaints. Company is trying too hard to show itself to be cool but in reality it is company of old people who have stayed so long that they don't understand the latest technologies. Their cloud is horrible, clearly losing business to competitors due to bad service

This company was terrible to work for. Unrealistic expectations and lack of direction. People are terribly underpaid and being an 'IBMer' doesn't really benefit you as you are more likely to be let go than being a contractor. This really is a starter job for someone looking for a big company name to put on your resume.
