The chase for assignment projects is sometimes a nightmare with executives removing you from opportunities without an explanation. Sometimes you may feel like an ant in a big ant farm if you don't build your eminence quickly and consistently. Be mindful that not all managers will allow you to have the power to influence some outcomes or ideas. You'll be capped by business numbers that create a barrier.
