Pros

Cons

RAs (layoffs) happen twice a year causing constant team restructuring and destroying morale. Colleagues are afraid to get promoted or move up as layoffs appear to affect those mostly in band 9 and higher. They've outsourced many of those jobs to countries where they can pay less. Major projects are constantly being dropped, reinstated with a new feature, dropped again and finally "let's rebuild the whole thing and use [enter shiny new thing here]". Senior management loves to micromanage teams based on however they are feeling that week. It's burn out city at IBM. Oh and they support what is happening in the United States and White House.
