No leadership; partisanship/favortism is rife; limited opportunities for training; people managers are not true managers - mere administrators; employees are treated like criminals relative to the T&E process; horrible travel policies; WAY TOO MUCH bureaucracy and administrative overhead

Cons

No empowerment of employees; Too easy to get away with doing little or poor work; Expense policy does not support employees who travel 100%; More focus on selling internal to IBM than at the client; Many of the Partners need to be replaced. Easy to get lost in the crowd; Will not hire the delivery experts required to maintain our leadership position.
