Pros

nice to have on resume, possibility to meet some nice, skilled people

Cons

politics, scrambling to get things done, lack of communication, overworked and overtasked, replacing seniors with cheap and inexperienced labor which leads to poor quality software

Pros

It looks good in your CV. Decent work life balance and relaxed environment. Very low expectations overall.

Cons

It is a monster-company and sometimes it looks like it is out of control. Products and services are generally outdated and their features overlap resulting in huge inefficiencies. Nobody can be bothered to care about that -there is pressure to work on your small-picture area- and it would be useless anyway since the scale of the technical field has grown way beyond tractability. Also, hordes of managers not really adding much value.
