Pros

The company is dedicated to solving big problems and giving their employees the resources, time, and motivation to be creative and innovative. There is a lot of incentive to work on tough problems that nobody has worked on before.

Cons

Projects can often get shelved without getting off the ground. It's easy to work on projects that don't go anywhere. There is a big focus on developing patent-able software, but there can be a lack of guidance in terms of what to work on.

Pros

Company name and size, great work environment from the point of the people. Casual dress code, lunch times, and allowance to run errands if needed.

Cons

Projects change every couple years, cannot really become true expert at a single project. Always expected to learn new technologies then not too understanding when learning curve comes into play. Personal reviews every 6 months.
