Pros

Great people, good atmosphere. Lots of things to learn if you will. Access to newest hardware and software. Fine location within Cracow.

Cons

Management is reluctant to any change. Achievements besides patents and disclosures are not recognized and appreciated. Clouded rules of evaluation - you can become "low performer" just because. No coffee.

Pros

Flexible work hours, good work-life balance. This is a great place to work if you have young children or familiy commitments as management is very understanding if you have to rearrange your schedule at the last minute.

Cons

Getting more difficult to move up, almost no salary increases in past five years. If you are just starting out, you'll be stuck in a low pay category for a very long time since they are not really investing in new talent.
