Pros

Best perk is that there is flexible work time. Atmosphere is also generally good. One cubicle per developer. Working from home available.

Cons

Top management do not value IBM employees. To raise stock price and dividents, the has been a lot of layoffs of software engineers. I'm afraid to say more as not to loose my job. Managers use very well chosen words to tell you the absolutely minimum that's necessary. Benefits keep disappearing every year. Practically there are no perks to cut off right now.
