Pros

IBM is good at the site I work at as they belive in flexibility, most important thing is you meet or beat project deadlines, other than that they are flexible as long as the work is being accomplished.

Cons

Lots of politics at times

Pros

Some of the reasons to work at IBM: very friendly people, lots of work to do, you get to use some of the latest technologies (IBM routinely acquires small companies and phases them in), there are usually corporate events scheduled.

Cons

THE problem with IBM right now is that this recession has frozen all the jobs, and they are even laying people off.
