They are laying off people to help their stock price. I heard employee count will go from 100,000 to 30,000 over the next two years. Customers suffer because of lack of employee resources and services on their contract is bad. I got laid off by a manager. That manager was incompetent and laid off employees to cover that manager's weakness. That manager is still there. Managers can have affairs with their employees. It will be known by upper management, and those managers still work there. That is unexcusable. It seems if you are a manager, you are untouchable. I still have a lot of friends who work there and don't like it. They feel that they will enventually be laid off.
