Pros
Great name recognition. Flexible hours and work/life balance.
Cons
Constant large layoffs based only on salary/payroll cuts that are forced down upon people managers. These are called "Resource Actions" and are hidden by allowing the laid off employees to stay on the job in their role for up to 90 days while they look for a new job. Then it appears the person has decided to leave for another job, instead of getting laid off.
