IBM is a wonderful place to work which provides excellent work life balance. The work pressure is managed according to people capacity and not with client pressure. It provides opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies and has open culture to take calculated risk for innovation

Cons

Although IBM is a wonderful place to work but, it does not provide fair opportunity for career growth. Need to make lots of contacts who can vouch for you. Just your work will not advocate for your career progression
