Great company to work for if you are a real knowledge-seeker and have a flair for research oriented work. Apart from that Ithe service portfolio that IBM's offers to its clients have almost 360 degree coverage and has something or other for almost everyone to learn and contribute. IBM's pioneering work on some of the latest technologies and industry trends and also something which takes its employees at the forefront when it comes to expertise and skills.
Cons
Too many employees, so the visibility and other benefits are not so good compared to others. Also career growth also becomes a bit slow. The compensation is though okay for the middle level employees to good at the higher ones, it's not matching with the industry for the freshers.
