Pros

The biggest IT Company in the world. Great name in CV for your career. Great career opportunity Satisfied working enviroment & salary. A lot of things to learn & experience.

Cons

Junior managers doesnt know what they are doing and also I'm not satisfied with their management skills. They working for the greatest IT Company. I'm not sure they'd noticed this or not. -You are expected to be a pre-sales expert , delivery expert and also post-sales expert. Are you kidding? either your sales abilities are good or your technical abilities are good so you want to be a technical employee or sales employee you cannot be good both of them at the same time.....

Pros

You will work with one many of the brightest, motivated, creative and loyal people that you will meet in your life. They offer a very complete benefits package. Many opportunities to work from home if that's important to you.

Cons

The large size presents many issues. The current matrix management model makes it difficult, if not impossible, to serve all managers. Most managers are responsible for large teams and frequently have lost touch with employees and work loads. Regardless of your contribution, be prepared to be evaluated to a matrix. IBM doesn't develop their employees.
