Overall a great company culture, depending where you land.
Pros
The pay is competitive and the number of vacation days is also good. The flexibility of working from home can be very nice depending on your personal needs. I enjoyed the ability to work later in the day. The company culture is relaxed. I personally like the attitude of Sam P. and I agree with his direction/strategy.
Cons
It is difficult to move within the company from one position to another. I felt locked in my current role for the past several years. It seems like this is only particular to my department. Working from home can also kill your work life balance since you are always checking your email when you're at home. I do not like the middle management because they make very important decisions and it looks like they have no idea how things work in the "front lines".
