Pros
Top Notch technology and R&D, Best Patent performance for more than 10 years, great portfolio, great elearning and employability activities. Good long term strategy defined by Sam - but sometimes the translation into activities in offices outside the US does not clearly demonstrate where the company is headed.
Cons
Bureaucratic, too many processes and stiff expense management sometimes keeping sales people to travel. Restructuring and change management is sometime kept as a top level managmeent initiative and taking employees onto that journey requires a closer knowledge of where the pain is. Discussions about chang ein pension, cut of salaris, unreachable targets does not add to the credibility of senior management.
