Great WLB It's possible the RedHat takeover will turn things around over the next 5-10 year

Cons

Compensation is not competitive. Working in a high pressure, high performing product doesn't yield better compensation -- just more lip service from C Suite. Raises and bonuses are very small, not guaranteed. Major compensation changes only happen on promotion. New senior management in Cloud has started "death marches" to meet requirements for things like new compliance standards.
