Pros

Work/life balance, Great Education benefits, Surrounded by brilliant & friendly people, a culture of inclusion, a mindset to help each other.

Cons

Steep initial learning curve, minimmal onboarding (you have to figure out what you need). Often vague expectations. Semi-agile (like most companies, they are working through how to make tickets and evaluate results.). TONS of meetings, and which are important is not always clear.
