Politics in Giving Work & Hikes. Manager takes feedback but doesn't do anything about it. Manager just sits on top and do nothing Compensation : People with less experience are getting paid more and even get good hikes because they flatter Manager. Employee who work hard for IBM aren't appreciated because of Politics
