working from home is the only pro that i can think of.

There are loads of cons that I felt within my 1 yr stinct. Project Manager and people manager are highly unsupportive for everything the employee requests for. There is NO HR team at all.. Entire HR team sits remotely at bangalore i guess.. There will not be any one to address any issues that may raise...

Work life balance depends on the project and management, Lot's of discrimination, favoritism . If you are from same area where manger belongs then good. Very less hike for good candidates also, If you are working day and night they will not care.
