Absolutely no job security, a constant fear that the ax will fall especially if you are over 50. Job security is unrelated to personal performance. Quality control has been sacrificed for speed to market, so you are constantly struggling with nasty bugs in the customer environment that should have never been released in the first place. There is a complete disconnect between high level management and local management. Employees are cut without discussion with their managers even if they have critical skills necessary for customer commitments.
