      It is very very important to end up in a good team otherwise you might end up regressing in your career.

      Pros

      The people at IBM are some of the most motivated I have come across. IBM has selected the cream from the pool of job applicants, and selected the best people. That is why working for IBM is very easy, because your co-workers are very motivated and efficient at what they do.

      Cons

      The pay is not that great. For a multi-billion company, IBM India does not pay up to the industry standard. The company should increase the pay that it pays to its employees.
