Human Resources very much out of touch with Employee needs, good news is you don't interact with them much. But almost every interaction with HR inflicts pain! Sadly, most large company cultures these days are like this.

Working here was the best decision I ever made. The management is knowledgable and most of the employees are intelligent.

Cons

I did not like the slow progress of projects. I often felt that I could do things better. I had to leave the company because of this.

Very good work and personal life balance and the Flexibility to work from home. Depends on the project and luck but some of the intermediate managers are good.

Cons

No proper transport facility Some of the processes are too tedious and time consuming No proper hikes 3 months notice period
