Great People, Terrible Managemenet

* Excellent teammates, both skills and personalities * Benefits * Discounts

Cons

* Massive layoffs globally/Bad financial state * Low salary compared to market * No raises/bonuses * Terrible management that has no idea what they are doing, even in Watson groups * Always 3 layers of technical issues to resolve before you can get to doing work * Flexible scheduling/Work from home is disappearing * Schedules deliverables without technical knowledge and before every speaking to technical staff * Strict waterfall environment * Getting anything accomplished goes really slow because of sheer amount of bureaucracy * No path defined for career advancement of technical staff * Insular communities and blocking managers make networking difficult

1. I don't find anything to say as pros

1. Fully politicized and polluted work place! 2. You will forget all the technology, no technical learning! 3. Worst work culture and Worst managers! 4. Worst Employee treatment! 5. Most of the managers doesn't have the managerial capability. 6. There are manager, doesn't have listing capacity, with cunning attitude.. 7. This place doesn't look like a product development. 8. If you are in good books of the manager, you will get everything(Salary will be above the market value).. else ....????? (hope you know) 9. To be frankly speaking there are manager who doesn't know what is there in the product, but they are "PRODUCT MANAGER". Company has great vision on this product but that is mainly screwed by IBM Watson Health, India, Managers!
