Benefits are great. If you're willing to travel and keep up with the demand to have your billing percentage up you'll gain a lot of valuable experience. There's always room to learn new skills and apply them in a project.

Cons

Long hours depending on the assignment. Travel can wear you out, so look for opportunities within IBM to remain valuable and be billable. Depending on your assignment, work-life balance may not equate.

1. Long Term vision is absent in cases, whenever there is a downside, quick resource action is sometimes attempted 2. Management does not have deep technical skills and this impacts how they rate their employees
