Great opportunities to work with lot of clients. Many resources to learn and grow knowledge. Opportunity work with great minds. Good Medical, dental and vision insurance than lot other companies.

Cons

No work-life balance. Slow carrier growth. No bonuses, hikes[no hikes to anyone(confirmed with my other friends with in same company) with same role in last 3 years] Pays way less(almost 50%) than current market price. Places a contract on India employees to pay $10000 if they leave the company with out giving 3 months notice.
