Pros

Work with many decent, hardworking, and intelligent people. Remote work. Flexible hours.

Cons

Long work hours, decreasing benefits, no outside training opportunities. Company put employees at the last order in priority, after Wall Street, customers. It's better be stock holder than an employee.

Pros

Flexible work hours. Ability to work remotely. Work with many competent people. Ability to work with people around the world and to travel.

Cons

Long hours. Continuously have to meet strict deadlines. Have to manage increasing workloads within a shrinking workforce. Little recognition and little incentive to be a high performer as salary increases seem to be minimal.
