Pros
4 consecutive years of record earnings, record profits, and record cash on hand. Ability to work remotely can be very helpful.
Cons
Recent management actions show a lack of concern for employees. In spite of 4 years of record profits, layoffs continue, 50% of employees get no raise at all, health care benefits continue to decrease, retirement plan in place at time of hire was completely taken away, with 61% profit in our business sector in 2012 no bonus was paid because "we didn't meet the target". Employee morale is the lowest I've seen in my 31 years with the company. I literally have to buy my own pens and paper.
