It was one of the worst experiences with IBM. Recently I've done 3 different interviews for the Senior Software Engineer Role all of them were cleared but during a discussion with the manager they clearly denied we can't match your expectations as you mentioned before the interview and discussed with HR. we can meet only the same package as you are getting currently. I've discussed directly with HR before the interview, and as you commit you will match my expectations that is what happened now he said this project doesn't have enough budget but he knew already about that. They are playing with the interviewee's emotions.
