Pros

There are good benefits, especially for new parents, work from home is 2-3 days a week, but you can skip the office when you're sick or have a personal appointment without any issues. The atmosphere is calm, and there aren't too many problematic people. Its a good place to gather some corporate experience and build your CV.

Cons

There is too much red tape. There is a procedure for absolutely everything, and oftentimes you are limited in what you can do to help the clients. Support roles often complain about micromanagement, and all roles have 2-3 direct managers to report to, which can be exhausing.
