Pros

Our team is small and we are left alone to do what we do best. Good management and a solid team = good place to work.

Cons

Same as all large corporations, sme decisions are made for political reasons. Also since we have zero turn over its hard to advance.

Pros

Growth opportunity for advancing skills, new technology, teams spread across the globe, job flexibility, work environment and friendly co-wrker relationships.

Cons

Comparison based compensation where if you are doing a good job but everyone else is a little better than you, then you don't get any shared profit.

Pros

Technology leader in some fields. Flexible work schedule. Good work and life balance. A place to work which will make you a little bit proud.

Cons

Outsourcing is always a continuous challenging for its US employees who worries about job stability. Lotus Notes is so slow and sucks, and IBM employees have to use it.
