Cons

Large corporations can be bureaucratic and IBM is no exception - it can take a long time to change things

Pros

One of the best thing working for IBM is their flexibiity, and work from home. My co-workers are very professional and friendly. Their pay and opportunity is average at best. The learning experience is great, IBM has many classes and workshop if you wish to take.

Cons

Their pay raise is too little to keep me satisfied. Opportunity is limited mainly to what my team is up to. There is no incentive to stay in IBM after a few years.
