Pros

> Great new hire training > Coworkers on my team were some of the smartest I've ever been able to work with > Lots of excellent learning resources > There's a lot of communities (such as Women at IBM) which provide amble opportunities for growth outside of your job responsibilities

Cons

> Not every team is as great to work with as mine was

Pros

Good benefits, 15 days vacation plus sick time and 4 personal days as well as federal holidays

Cons

Push for back to office got me laid off as a remote worker. Not performance based. To move up the bands you need to do an intensive application to be "ready" and apply for positions internally at that band.
