Pros

I had a good team full of kind helpful people.

Cons

When I worked here I was micromanaged big time. My division was one of many that was cut by the IBM as it chases the latest fad underinvests in it and kills it. Dont expect any big raises while at the company Only go here if you dont have any other options

Pros

Strong engineering culture with opportunities to work on scalable, real-world systems. Exposure to modern tech stack including cloud (AWS), Kubernetes, and distributed systems. Supportive team environment with knowledgeable peers and good learning resources. Encourages ownership and problem-solving, especially in backend and microservices development. Good work-life balance compared to many tech companies.

Cons

Decision-making can sometimes be slow due to multiple layers of approval. Certain processes feel overly structured, which can limit speed of execution. Compensation growth may not always match industry standards. Some projects may involve legacy systems, which can slow innovation.
