The health plans are really good
Cons
Execs constantly bleed resources dry. Hiring has been frozen, they are trying to drive people out of the US, there was an initiative to hire solely out of India but all contractors got laid off. Our tools keep getting taken from us preventing us from doing our jobs, while adding a lot more paperwork and change freezes. The company keeps posting publicly about rising profits but continues to cause a lot of stress on employees by making the working conditions dismal. I guess it's a good thing we have good healthcare because everyone is going to need it after this job wrecks havoc on their mental and physical wellbeing.
