Pros

Management notices when you work hard. Flexibility in hours for interns. Working from home is an option.

Cons

Not much motivation to work on campus. The food is terrible and the offices feel like prisons.

Pros

IBM is definitely a big company, where has many resources if you want to learn stuffs. People here are nice and willing to help with new grad.

Cons

But also because it's big, there are many rules and guideline you need to follow and many things are old and hard to change.
