Pros

World top 500 - an excellent platform with decent pay + benefits and various activities (seminars, learning sessions, montor/coach programs, hobby clubs...) It can also provide rich career resources for the future. If not very happy with the current role/team, you can jump to different positions without much pressure (*just relatively easier). Flexible working hours and no need to work over time too much.

Cons

Newer leadership team (with Indian CEO) are less caring on employees' feeling and long-term goals but more focused on financial performance (it's resonable, but just not a good sign for employees). So watch out for mass lay-offs (it's often called "redeployeement" or "resource action" internally).
