      Pros

      IBM is a great company. Its a 100 year old company that has seen many ups and downs. This is what makes it a great and experienced company to work with. The company is employee centric and works for its own as well as the growth of the employee.

      Cons

      The tools and technology used is a little old. Since we know that mainframe technology of IBM is 40 years old so the tools used are also old. But IBM is working towards upgrading themselves in every way
