Doomed to fail soon

Pros

-Since it is target driven US company, they are relaxed about where you work at office or home or client as long as you deliver. (of course if your manager is ok) -Lots of enablement, training options, huge clients. -Being part of a global company shows and teaches lots of perspectives.

Cons

-Company culture is the worst, internal business competition, grouping (mafias of mafias) results on horrible situations. -If you know the right people, you can be head of anything, skills does not mean anything. If you are not part of a group there is no place for you. -Clients started to understand how expensive and how unreliable, low quality support for the money they are spending, they are leaving piece by piece. Nobody is an idiot, they see the alternatives and possible gains. The world and future will not let IBM like companies exists like it is.

Pros

-Lots of opportunities to learn new technologies and get certifications paid by the company. -Great place to start your career.

Cons

-Wages are low, salaried, and may require lots of overtime. -There is absolutely nothing to do in this area. -Stuck in career path you may not want and changing roles is almost impossible. -No incentive to stay once you build experience. -Good work ethic doesn't seem to be appreciated.
