Pros

The company is so large that you have a lot of opportunity to have multiple careers at one company. You have the opportunity to collaborate with a lot of SMEs. There is flexibility in work schedule and working from home or office. They have a very good continuing education program. The benefits package is awesome (health, vision, dental, 401K, pension and employee discount program).

Cons

Because there is flexibility to work from home it seems that it is the norm to be expected to always be connected, on and available. Work life balance is very hard because of all the long hours required to complete projects. It can sometimes be hard to have a collaborative environment because you are being compared to your peers so most people are doing whatever they need to do to shine.
