Remote working is a personal life saver.
Cons
With the wrong project, work hours can exceed 50 hours per week. Guidance for changing careers or entry training for high experience newcomers can be improved. There is a risk that the more you are paid by the company, the more likely you are to be laid off if you aren't utilizing your time for project work properly.
